- For hygiene reasons, custom orders and items categorized as undergarments or swimwear are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Resortwear must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact us for sizing guidance to ensure the best fit.
