Return & Exchange Policy

For hygiene reasons,  items categorized as undergarments or swimwear are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Resortwear must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We encourage you to contact us for sizing guidance to ensure the best fit.

Sale Items: All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding its approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
